Covid 19 - The hazards and a new ray of hope #killthekiller

It is with a very heavy heart that I am writing this blog in connection with the pandemic/outbreak of Covid-19 happening at the very moment in and around the city of  Cochin where I personally know what is happening. In the meantime very happy to express the gratitude towards the police force and the health department functioning 24*7 for the past 4 months.

The unlock 1 started with a pomp  and I do not know why everyone was like taking the full freedom and enjoying as nothing had and will happen , The situation in the Eranakulam market has been from bad to worse in no time and its spreading. The same will be the situation in every city, district, state and country, I know the fact that complaining is not a good approach for rectifying issues, but the public has to be blamed and we the people has to take care of ourselves and our family members. The queue in front of every bar is the worst and the most annoying scene, breaking all the rules of social distancing, hygiene and care and certain cafes in the city too joining in this kind of a behavior. Here too its the public that is not wearing masks, smoking, spitting and what not. Everyone should be very well aware of the fact that the more speed we take in life the more fast we are approaching the end.

why is it that no one is understanding the seriousness and the precautions to be taken at this war time situation. let us all be aware of the fact that the what lost is lost only to the dear and near ones and no one else, why cant we take this as very personal and escape from the clutches of the virus that is not even visible to the naked human eye and we still thinking that we are the supreme.

Why cant we as individuals take, as law abiding citizen's be more calm, quiet and self balanced in dealing with the pandemic.

The whole world has to understand that we are helpless and we suffered a lot during the last couple of months, Let us all lock ourselves for some more time and break the spread with the whole heart for a better tomorrow and generations to come.

Together we can create a new World ............Start the movement #killthekiller

Yoga

YOGA - It’s importance

On this International Yoga Day which falls on 21st June , let us all take an oath to make ourselves fit to live in this world in union and harmony and realising the fact that everything from dust to mountains, an ant to an elephant in this universe are equally important.

Yoga - as it is known today might have taken a new turn and dimension all together due to various external  influences, but the basic fundamentals are the same and as the Sanskrit word yoga Simply means “In union”. The practice of yoga determines who you are and whom you want to be , even the genetic order can be changed through yoga and its proved by using modern scientific studies and data.

As it is said in yogic scriptures, yoga was handed over from Lord Siva to Patanjali in the form of yoga suthras and there is also another very important text on yoga by sage Gheranda known as Gheranda samhitha.  The yoga is never to be taken as a physical circus but the tool for mental upbringing.

The postures of yoga as everyone thinks what yoga today is only a part or a method of fine tuning the body, but the breath control or the pranayama is the most important and the very essence of yoga.

It’s a technique, in Spiritual terms Can be described as the moulding of the body in tune with the universal energy, which can be otherwise called as Aathma Bodha or self realisation.

In Bhagavath Gita Lord Krishna has named  each chapter as a yoga, the different paths to attain the already attained.

Let us never forget the great unrivalled contribution Swamy Vivekananda the wandering Monk , has parted on bringing yoga into the world and teaching Westerners the core of Hinduism which is not a Religion but an order. The vaidika dharma as it is based upon the teachings of vedas.

Let us all take this opportunity to upbring and enhance ourselves for a better tomorrow.
